Welcome you at arrival in Yangon international airport and transfer to Hotel. Yangon sightseeing includes Botataung Pagoda at the bank of Yangon river, then city center where Sule Pagoda located to see the bustling life of Yangon and City Hall. Then visit Bogyoke Aung San Market (former Scott’s Market), where one can buy many items in one place. This Market was built in British colonial times and has a colonial shape. “Chaukhtathgyi Pagoda” it is the fourth largest colossal reclining image in Myanmar and 67m long. In the evening, visit the most magnificent and spectacular religious edifice, Shwedagon Pagoda before the sun set and enjoy the beauty stupa while it changes the shining of gold in different tones according to the radiant of the setting sun. Enjoy dinner at good local restaurant. Stay overnight in Yangon.
After having breakfast at the hotel and transfer to airport to fly to Mandalay. When you arrive at Mandalay airport, drive to ancient capital of Amarapura, the city of Immortality for a visit to Bagaya Monastery with a famous collection of Buddha images; weaving industries, two-century old U-Bein teak bridge on the Taungtaman Lake and observe the lunch process of thousand of monks who take their last meal of the day at 10:00 am in total silence. Proceed to Mandalay and check in at the hotel. After refreshment, you will take a sightseeing tour of Mandalay which includes Mahanumi, a life like Buddha image. Mandalay is the last capital of Myanmar and that make her to be the best place to see all the traditional arts and crafts. Start visiting gold leaf making work-place and see how the gold leaf is being made by hand in a traditional way. Continue visit the Old Palace grounds; Kuthodaw Pagoda, known as the world's largest book for its 729 marble slabs inscribed with the Buddha's Doctrine; Golden Palace Monastery, noted for its exquisite wood carvings and enjoy the panoramic view of the city from Mandalay Hill. Overnight at the hotel.
In the morning, gear up for your biking trip. Grasp and hop on the bike and ride for short to jetty. You will take a boat for 3 hours to the town called MyinMu upstream to Irrawaddy river. Once you show up, get on the jetty and ride the wheels to Monywa. En route, you will not miss for a stop at Bodhithataung, tallest skyscraping Buddha (129 meters) and Thanbodday pagodas.(Total biking distance – 57 km)
Today is free biking in the ancient archeological zone. Your list of visits include; Nyaung U market, Shwezigon pagoda, Ananda temple, Dhammayangyi temple, Htilominlo temple, Gubyaukgyi temple, Minnanthu village and sunset watch from the elevated point.
Today you are going to experience one of the best biking route between Bagan and Mt.Popa, an extinct volcano (1518 m). You will not ride up there but to Mt.Popa’s pedestal hill next to it which is a steep-sided volcanic peak dedicated to the legendary "Nat" spirits of Myanmar and just 48 kilometers from Bagan. If you are charmed, your choice can be made for a climb up to 777 steps to the summit of it. But be aware of the little honey, “monkeys”. Then proceed cycling to the town namely Kyaukpadaung and drive to the rest distance in the car. Overnight at the hotel in Meikhtila. (Total biking distance – 70.6 km)
Today rev your stamina for the most challenging biking day. You will experience first 46 km of flat and the rest goes up to southern shan hill. You will be amazed and forget the tiredness by the scenes. (Total biking distance –120 km)
After the breakfast at the hotel and ride down to Inle lake.En route, your choice can be made for a visit to Shan paper making industry and Shweyanpyay teak wooden monastery. Overnight at Inle Lake. (Total biking distance – 67 km)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up and start exploring in Inle Lake ( by boat ) to PhaungdawOo Pagoda, the most venerable pagoda on the lake(Live Water Lake), which houses 05 images of Buddha completely gilded, In Paw Khon village to observes the silk weaving, handicrafts, and Ywama Village with long neck people(Pataung Ethnic) etc. And precede sightseeing to Jumping Cat Monastery (Nga HpeChaung monastery) which is situated at the western part of the Inle Lake.. And stay overnight at the Hotel in Inle Lake.
Say goodbye to Inlelake and ride up to Kakku via Taunggyi. Once your arrival at Kakku pagoda complex, it is mission accomplished. You will be transferred back to Taunggyi for a night stop.
